本次测试BUG NET 虫网的新品Seattle (Performance),定位是组网互联+性能机器。机器位于西雅图并且接入了GSL,如果还有一台在日本且接入了GSL的机器,就可以和这台机器形成“日美GSL 82ms”的超低延时体验,也是目前US落地组网的极致玩法。

网络质量

三网骨干传输([[163]]/[[4837]]/[[CMI]]),移动直连体验较差,电信联通闲时勉强能用,基本有个50Mbps的单线程速度,整体而言建议作为纯粹的落地机器使用。
这个机器最大的优势其实是地理位置在西雅图并且接入了GSL,机器日美组网相当漂亮,日美走GSL延时最低可以到82ms左右,加上沪日传输延时(30ms左右),组网后到US延时最低低至110ms,属于是沪日美组网极致玩法。
值得注意的是:并非所有机器都是可以组网的,部分机器日->西雅图延时为110ms,测试了常见线路机器基本都是可以到82ms的(这个机器要接入GSL),具体可看详细数据。日->西雅图大部分机器单线程在100-200Mbps内。当然了,这个机器本身也可以作为US中转落地,到LAX延时约为24ms左右,单线程上下行可以在500Mbps左右。
IP质量
IP质量中规中矩,IPV4原生IP+IPV6原生IP+常规流媒体基本解锁+滥用标记少+少量家宽属性,作为落地机来说“够用”,是个比较“干净”的机房IP,如果不需要家宽的话就完全可以直出了,当然了,如果你需要家宽,就不建议组建这个日美GSL链路了,因为这个机器在西雅图,除非你的家宽就在西雅图附近,不然对于大部分在加州的家宽而言就不如直接去LAX中转比较合适了
机器性能
机器性能强劲,AMD R9 5900X CPU+高性能IO,组成一台性能强劲表现优秀的建站型机器,唯一可惜的就是硬件给的不多,内存容量会比CPU或IO更快达到性能瓶颈,购买前需要大致衡量自己的内存使用情况再决定购买哪个配置
这款新品和它家已经推出很久的lite系列相比较,最大特点就是性能强劲,lite系列性能羸弱,正好照顾不同用户:如果你只需要日美GSL 82ms的极致网络体验,就可以购买lite系列,如果你还想跑一些网站,需要性能,就可以购买Performance系列。
这个机器不是一台很普适的机器,如果你把它当成一台普通的VPS使用,就会发现价格相比起其他LAX的机器来说非常昂贵,因为你要为“西雅图GSL”这个特点额外付费,只有你需要这个核心特点的时候,这个机器的价格才会比较合理。这个本质是组网机器,适合那些懂组网、有日本GSL对端和日本优化线路资源的MJJ
